An Evaluation on the Eyegaze Communication System

An evaluation, performed by a registered nurse, can be scheduled by LC Technologies. The evaluation can be performed at your home, school, or other facility. Prior to scheduling an evaluation, you will need to complete a pre-evaluation questionnaire and send it to LC Technologies. A registered nurse will review the questionnaire and contact you to discuss the potential for the Eyegaze System to work for you or your client.

If the Eyegaze System has the potential to be a good solution and you want an evaluation, you can come to our offices or a nurse can bring a system to you. If you choose to come to our office, the evaluation is free. If you choose to have a nurse come to you, there will be a fee to cover travel expenses. You'll be given an exact quote of the costs before you make a decision. If you wish, the RN will provide a written report of the evaluation results. (Download the Questionnaire PDF)
