AN EVALUATION ON THE EYEGAZE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

An evaluation, performed by a registered nurse, can be scheduled by LC Technologies. The evaluation can be performed at your home, school, or other facility. Prior to scheduling an evaluation, you will need to complete a pre-evaluation questionnaire and send it to LC Technologies. A registered nurse will review the questionnaire and contact you to discuss the potential for the Eyegaze System to work for you or your client.

Eyegaze Communication System - Evaluation Questionnaire

If the Eyegaze System has the potential to be a good solution and you want an evaluation, you can come to our offices or a nurse can bring a system to you. If you choose to come to our office, the evaluation is free. If you choose to have a nurse come to you, there will be a fee to cover travel expenses. You'll be given an exact quote of the costs before you make a decision. If you wish, the RN will provide a written report of the evaluation results.
